1. Is this real silver jewellery?

• Absolutely, yes! Real silver jewellery with 92.5%+ silver in it.
• You’ll also get Aadyaa certificate of purity along with your order.

2. Is COD available? What are other modes of payment?

• COD (cash-on-delivery) is available in select pincodes and for orders upto INR 29,999.
• UPI, netbanking, credit card, debit card, wallets are also available for payment through our payment gateways Razorpay and Easebuzz
• If you want to use a card issued outside India, please select the payment option accordingly on the checkout page

3. How soon will I receive my order?

• If the products are readily available, you can expect the order to be delivered within 7 days.
• If one/more products are made-to-order, we will inform you about tentative date of shipping and delivery.
• For orders shipped outside India, typically 3 – 4 weeks are required for doorstep delivery considering custom clearance processes.
• You will also receive a WhatsApp message from us when your order is getting shipped out. It’ll have a tracking link as well

4. What is your return and exchange policy?

• We are so sorry but we do not have any return or exchange policy as such.
• We will surely assist you with as many photos as you’d want before placing the order but post ordering, we cannot process any returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during the transit. And the same must be informed to us within 12 hours of delivery along with a photo.

5. Do you customize jewellery?

• Yes, we love to customize jewellery in silver, pearls, stones.
• However, we do not copy or replicate any other brands’ design as such.
