You can place your orders online directly on www.aadyaa.com. You can complete the checkout process by either of the payment gateways – Razorpay, Easebuzz, Stripe, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash-on-delivery. They accept multiple modes of payments such as UPI, Net banking, Credit card, Debit card, EMI, Pay later.
You can create an account on www.aadyaa.com to keep a track of all your orders (recommended) or you can checkout as guest as well.
Through an App
You can place your orders through our newly launched app. Just download it for your iOS device / Android device and enjoy app only deals as well.

Ordering through helpline
If you are facing issues placing an order online on the website, you can contact our helpline number for assistance. Team will help you place order either online or in offline model. However, orders cannot be placed in cash-on-delivery mode through helpline.
Availability of express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available for select pincodes in India and for prepaid orders only. Please contact our helpline to get more details.
Availability of gift packaging?
We have Aadyaa branded organic cotton pouches which we use for delivering the orders. There are certain paid wooden boxes as well which may be used for gift packaging. Please contact our helpline to get more details.
Possibility to include a note?
Yes, we can certainly include a handwritten note corresponding one or many products contained in an order. You can mention the text while placing the order online on www.aadyaa.com against each product.
Assistance required for any of the products or checkout process?
Colors – We make sure that images are as real as possible without any special effects. But colors slightly vary on various screens (mobiles / laptops / desktops). Most creations are handmade and so they might slightly differ from the image. Natural stones might have shade differences too.
Dimensions – For most of the products, sizes will be mentioned in detail. Please refer to the size, description and material section on the product specific pages that get opened after you click on the product image. If you do not see size details or have any queries around the size, please reach out to us before confirming the order and we will help you with the exact size details at the earliest possible.

We are offering Free Shipping to all our patrons based in India for prepaid orders. So you can place as many prepaid orders as you’d want in a day.

How do I track my order?
Once you log into your account on aadyaa.com, you will see the status of all orders placed.Also, you will get a notification email within 24 hours of shipping the product.

Where is my order processed from?
Orders are processed from our operational center in Pune, India. We may process a few orders from our store in Mumbai as well. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
Within India, we ship through recognized courier companies such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees, etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code and a landmark nearby.
This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.
If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders?
If both orders are not dispatched from our operational center by the time we get this intimation, we can combine the orders and ship them out together.
Shipping days
Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries. However, if you need to get an order delivered on a specific day, please reach out to our helpline, and we will try to accommodate this request. However, since we use 3rd party logistics providers, we cannot provide any commitment on such requests.
• What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
- We accept the following modes of payments through payment gateways such as Razorpay, Easebuzz, Stripe, Paypal.
- Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Rupay
- Net Banking - all major banks
- Debit Cards - all major banks
- UPI (Apple Pay, BHIM, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PhonePe etc.)
- Cash-on-delivery
• What are the accepted payment methods for cards used outside India?
- If you are paying with a card issued outside India, please use PayPal, Stripe as the payment gateway to complete your purchase.
- It does not matter whether delivery address is in India or outside India if the card is issued outside India. There could be some lag in processing the order if you order through PayPal gateway. • How do I use Credit Notes, Gift Vouchers for making payments?
- To use a gift voucher online, simply enter the unique code at the checkout. If your order value exceeds the voucher amount on the credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout.
- To use credit amount lying in account, please checkout using your registered account with us. Credit amount shall be visible to you and it will get automatically applied in the cart. If the cart value is greater than the credit value, you will need to pay remainder amount through one of the payment gateways.
General terms and conditions associated with the usage of credit note and gift vouchers:
- To apply a credit note, login from the same email ID to which the note has been issued.
- A gift voucher cannot be cancelled. So please ensure to enter the correct details of the recipient.
- Maximum of one gift voucher can be used with or without usage of credit note together to pay for a single order.
- The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over.
- No two vouchers can be clubbed. However, you may club a voucher with a credit note or gift voucher.
- Vouchers will not be applicable during any periods of special pricing or sale.
- Validity of credit notes, gift vouchers and vouchers cannot be extended.
• What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
- If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, you may call us on our helpline number +91 7219275508/ +91 7219285508 and we will help resolve the matter.
- However, please note that, typically all payment gateways run one batch a day to find out failed transactions and transactions in which amounts got deducted but orders are not placed through. Such transactions are automatically put through payment gateways’ refund methods and get credited back to customers’ original mode of payment in 5 – 7 working days. In these kind of transactions, we do not have any control to fast-track the process. Hence, we request all our patrons to have patience and support us in this regard.
Warranty / Exchange / Returns / Refunds (Last updated: 20-Feb-2025)
1. Warranty
• All our products are created with 92.5 silver. They will last forever.
• Silver has a natural tendency to change its colour when exposed to air/moisture and all it needs is cleaning. (Link https://aadyaa.com/blogs/blogs-by-aadyaa/how-to-care-for-your-silver-jewellery)
• We provide Aadyaa’s own 92.5% purity certificate with each product
• Exception: Antique products which are created from old jewellery sometimes might not be 92.5 and it might not be possible to plate them with gold or create them with shiny silver finish. Such products are identified on our website suitably in their descriptions.
2. Repairs
• If the product breaks for any reason during your usage, kindly send a picture to our helpline. Most of the products can be fixed at our end unless the same stone / pearl is not available with us anymore. If such case of non-availability of stone/pearl arises, we will communicate with you with options to repurpose it into something you like!
• Based on the confirmation from both parties, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost and we will repair and send it back to you. Repairing is a nominally chargeable service.
3. Gold Plating
• Most products can also be plated in gold. Our gold plating is 24 Carat Micron Gold Plating which will last longer than usual gold plating. Gold plating is a chargeable service.
• Gold plated products can also be re-plated as many times as you want or can also be converted back to usual silver finish. Re-plating or bringing the product back to silver finish from earlier gold plating is a nominally chargeable service.
4. I have received my product. Its bigger/smaller/shinier than I imagined it to be or simply put, I do not like it.
• That's a rare case but no worries. If you want to return the product for any of above reasons you will need to pack it carefully and send it back to us via a reliable local courier service. This needs to be initiated and communicated to us within 48 hours of receiving the product by attaching the photos. We will confirm the return of the product and then you can dispatch from your end. Products return request will not be accepted post elapsing the timeline of 48 hours of delivery of your order. • Once we receive the product in its original condition without any damage we will initiate STORE CREDIT in your Aadyaa account. This can take 3-5 working days after we receive the returned product. There will be no refund in your bank account/credit card/Cash refund. Aadyaa Store Credit can be used any time you want. In case the product is used / damaged during transit initiated through your courier, we will not be able accept it this process for processing further.
• If the product was bought as part of any offer, the entire order (which could have multiple products) needs to be returned along with anything free that was received. The exact order amount will be returned as store credit.
• Customized or personalized products are an exception to this process and we will not accept return of any such products.
• International Orders will be handled case to case and at our team's discretion.
• Products sold in our retail stores and during exhibitions will not be accepted for returns.
5. I received the package that was damaged in transit.
• We are truly sorry for this experience! We pack all orders with utmost care and take pictures of every order that is packed. Our orders are shipped through fastest possible courier partners and in air mode.
• Still if you receive an order that you suspect to be damaged, here is what you need to do: Record an unboxing video. Click additional pictures of tampered outer packaging and inner jacket along with jewellery. Share all these with our helpline team +91.7219285508 within 8 hours of receiving your order
• We will create return request for this package within 3-5 days. The entire order needs to be returned. This is once we verify that the package was damaged during the transit from the photos / videos sent by you within 8 hours to our helpline no.
• Once we receive the product(s), we will send the entire order to you again.
• If you decide to not get the same product(s) again you can always request for Store Credit.
• If the product was bought as part of any offer the entire order needs to be returned along with anything free that was received. The exact order amount will be returned as store credit.
• International Orders will be handled case to case and at our team's discretion.
6. When will I receive the exchanged item?
• Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our center in Pune, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 – working days for domestic shipments. In case there is an additional time required, we will notify you beforehand.
7. Inventory Mismatch – In a rare case wherein the product is not in stock but still got ordered, we will make an attempt to make it again. If it is not possible, we will contact you and offer either store credit / other product / full refund. Kindly note: There are certain products which are always made to order and they are labelled accordingly. This policy is not applicable for made-to-order products.
• Where can I purchase a gift voucher?
- Gift vouchers can be purchased from our website. You may pick one of the suggested denominations.
- Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using credit notes.
• Are there any charges associated with purchasing a gift voucher?
- Apart from the amount of the gift, there are no fees or charges associated with purchasing a gift voucher.
• Where can gift vouchers be redeemed?
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed online at www.aadyaa.com. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• How do I redeem my gift voucher?
- To use your card for an online purchase, enter the unique code at checkout and make any balance payment online through any of the payment gateways.
• When does the gift voucher expire?
- There’s no expiry as such for Aadyaa gift vouchers unless mentioned explicitly on the voucher. If a gift voucher is issued under a specific scheme it may have a non-extendable validity associated with it.
• Do i need to provide my details when i purchase a gift voucher?
- Yes, gift voucher is a prepaid instrument subjected to regulations by respected authorities. We will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the gift vouchers and transactions undertaken using the gift voucher.
- As an issuer of the gift voucher, we are also required to share the know your customer (KYC) details of the purchaser / redeemer of the gift vouchers with authorities or such statutory authorities, as per guidelines issued from time to time. If you have purchased a gift voucher from us, we may contact you in this regard.
• What if I lose my gift voucher?
- Your gift voucher code is unique and confidential, and you are solely responsible for its safety. If you have misplaced your gift voucher, please get in touch with us on helpline number +91 7219275508 / +91 7219285508 .
- In the event of any misuse of your voucher due to loss of any such confidential details, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund against the amount lost.
• Can we make customized rings / pendants (AKSHAR series)?
- Yes, we can make calligraphy oriented customized rings or pendants.
- It takes 3 – 4 weeks of time to make such creations.
- Pricing starts from INR 4500 (incl shipping within India and GST) per creation in AKSHAR series.
- Full payment is required to be paid in advance for such creations.
- Akshar creation can be sent as a gift with appropriate packaging.

• Can we make custom jewellery?
- Yes, we can make customized creations in pure silver. However, you are requested to send details of your requirements to our email sales@aadyaa.com. Once the details are received, we will evaluate them and inform you whether such a creation can be made. For any queries, please feel free to call our helpline number +91 7219275508/+91 7219285508 .
- Typically, it takes about 3 – 4 weeks to make a customized jewellery creations.
- Costing of the customized creations depends entirely on the design. There could be a +/- 10% variance in the estimate and the final pricing depending on the weight of the creation.
• Can we replicate a design?
- We do not replicate any existing jewellery designs of any other brands.
• Can the customized jewellery be shipped outside India?
- Yes, customized jewellery can be shipped outside India as well.
• Do we have a guide to understand various sizes of earrings, necklaces, bangles, rings?
- Yes, please refer to the with each product for clarity.
• Are there any tips for storing the jewellery?
- Store in: Plastic ziplock or the pouch with plastic cover provided by us! Please do not use fancy cloths, velvet pieces, wooden boxes etc. for storing your jewellery creations.
- Sanitizers, perfumes, soaps, water, humidity, moisture, extreme temperature or anything acidic!
• Are the jewellery pieces breakable?
- Yes, they are. All jewellery pieces are delicate creations so please do not pull them or handle them roughly. We may be able to fix the broken jewellery creation at an appropriate charge.
• Is there a need to re-polish the jewellery? If yes, how do we do it?
- Plating / polishing may fade over a period of time and yes, you may need to polish/plate your jewellery again.
- Your local jeweller can do it for you or you can contact us for the same. We can re-polish your jewellery at nominal charges.
- We do not polish jewellery creations not bought from us.
• What if silver creations turn black?
- Silver jewellery is hand polished once the creation is ready. After it is exposed to atmosphere, anything in silver is prone to oxidation. Silver finish as original can be brought back by cleaning silver jewellery with silver cleaning cloth. It is available with us at an extra charge.
